This website and its content are owned and operated by Junked By D. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Products

  • All cases are handmade, and slight variations may occur.

  • Colors, charms, and designs may look different in person due to lighting and screen display.

  • Our cases are decorative and provide basic protection. We are not responsible for any phone damage.

Payments

  • We accept payments via Cash, Bank Transfer (CIBC & SCOTIA), PayPal.

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times are 15 days. Shipping times vary by location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

  • Once shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our cases, all sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

  • If your case arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

Custom Orders

  • Custom designs require full payment before production begins.

  • No cancellations or changes once a custom order has been started.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any damage to phones while using our cases.

  • Any allergic reactions to materials used.

  • Any misuse of our products.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on this website belong to Junked By D. They may not be copied, resold, or used without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Junked By D, each case is custom-made to your specifications, ensuring a unique product just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on all orders, except in the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your case arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide a clear photo of the damage/defect along with your order number.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

Order Errors by Junked By D

If we make an error in customization (wrong design, name, color, etc.), notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will correct the error at no extra cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is not feasible.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or custom-designed cases cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of personal preference, incorrect size choice, or change of mind.

Shipping & Processing

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a replacement is approved.
